The story of one book step by step

Moving on to the expedition

Collection conveyor

The goods in the KLT box are moved from the warehouse trolley to the conveyor line. This is made by driven roller conveyors with transfering tables.

Checkweighing

With the help of the integrated checkweight, the correct picking of the order is checked. Then the KLT box continues along the transport route with an intelligent sorting system to the packaging workplaces.

Packing workplace

The sorted and inspected goods are transported to the packaging workplace. On the packing table, the shipment becomes a nice customer package. Packing and addressing takes place manually on the basis of communication and documents from the order control system.

Moving on to the expedition

The operator moves the prepared consignment to a belt conveyor, after which the consignments descend to the lower conveyor branch. There they join the powered roller coaster and go on an expedition. To prevent damage to the package, a smooth transition from the belt conveyor is ensured by a retractable translator.

Expedition conveyor

Finished shipments are transported to the expedition by driven roller conveyors. Shipments are sorted into individual shipping branches according to the bar codes located on the top of the box lid.

Expedition

At the dispatch "station", the removal of consignments ends by sorting them into individual distribution directions, then the packages travel to their customers.
