Robotic palletizing in the distribution centre

Implementation of a large and sophisticated conveyor system with a high level of robotization for one of the largest logistics centers of ALZA.cz in Chrášt’any. The main part of the project is robotic palletizing, where four robots simultaneously prepare up to 60 pallets per hour at 32 independent positions. A conveyor system is installed for handling the pallets to the robots and subsequent dispatch.

Efficient sorting line in the distribution centre

Implementation of an automated sorting line for largest logistics centre of Alza.cz in Chrášt’any. The project includes the installation of a powerful sorter, which allows sorting up to 5,800 shipments per hour. An extensive conveyor system is installed for all handling and supply of shipments.

Robotic line for packaging of dairy products – Mlékárna Stříbro

The line is designed for plastic cups with 2 different lid diameters (75 mm and 95 mm) and different heights.

Complex conveyor system in a new distribution warehouse with an area of approx. 160 x 100 m.

Large assembly line with robots and automatic warehouse

Extensive assembly lines, including the supply of some product parts to the lines, various stages of assembly and packaging. Automatic rotation of the product by a robot which is guided by a camera system. Fully automated warehouse. The solution meets the demanding requirements of modern production.

“Although cheaper solutions were offered, as with our own products, we were particularly interested in the highest quality.” In the end, the choice of integrator fell to TMT, a company that focuses on conveyor systems and also has experience with industrial robots. Josef Brokeš further explains, “Our requirement was to interrupt production for a maximum of two days on each line, which was successful. The whole integration took less than a month, and while the robots were already working somewhere during the integration, people were still working on other parts of the line.”

Conveyor line for a more efficient storage and dispatch process – RIM

Conveyor line for transporting boxes, more efficient storage and shipping process. It involves transporting boxes of goods, marking, sorting and dispatching them.

KLT Transport Line – Sanitino

Conveyor system for transporting KLT boxes of goods towards the manual packing station and subsequent dispatch.

Conveyor system for packing and dispatching

Transport of books, sorting of shipments according to barcodes, check weighing, subsequent manual packing and dispatch from the warehouse.

Robotic palletizing of cardboard boxes

Robotic application for automatic palletizing of boxes that are fed into the palletizing area on roller conveyors. The empty pallets are loaded and palletised by a robot equipped with a special gripper with suction cups for boxes and pallet stackers and tongs for removing pallets from the stack. The robot stacks the boxes in 6 s according to the prescribed layout on the pallet.

Conveyor line for paper hoses

The conveyor line is designed to properly guide, compress, stack and transport bales of paper hose between existing production machines.
