Laser workstation
At the end of 2018, we successfully installed two Laser Stations for a Czech manufacturer of locking systems for cars.
Laser Station – labelling and degreasing cells
- Labeling section – used to describe car locks with symbols and codes according to customer’s wishes
- Degreasing section – is designed to degrease and roughen the metal and plastic surface of car locks, on which the sealant is then applied
Individual components of the device
The entire TMT laser workstation is housed in a structure made of aluminium profiles with an external sheet metal enclosure and a door for service and maintenance. Each scanner head is mounted on its own automatic slide for adjusting the focal distance from the surface to be marked and degreased. Other components of the equipment include:
- main switchboard
- control panel of the control system
- control panel with monitor and keypad
- air lines for exhaust inside the cell (exhaust equipment is not part of the cell)
The device is also integrated into the user’s line and operates in automatic operation. The control system is connected to the user’s conveyor system and receives information from it about the position and type of the auto-lock. Its transport and positioning is provided by the conveyor, stoppers and centering parts.
