Receiving stations

Receiving stations are designed to receive and dispense bulk materials. There are several types of receiving stations.

WF receiving station

Used for receiving bulk materials from walking floor trailers.

It consists of:

a metal box equipped with a roll-up door and a seal for the trailer opening,
an auger box with four or six conveying augers, located under the metal box.

The conveyor auger most often feeds into a chain conveyor. Any drive to the trailer floors is usually provided by a hydraulic power pack. The station is available in both single and double versions. The unloading capacity is up to 150 m³/hour.

TC receiving station

It is designed for receiving bulk materials from shipping containers with a volume of 30 m³.

The station consists of:

a platform with a lifting frame,
a metal box with a sliding roof and a container opening seal,
an auger box with four conveying augers, located under the metal box.

The conveyor auger mouths into the chain conveyor. A hydraulic power unit drives the lifting frame and, if necessary, the trailer floors. The station is available in both single and double versions. The unloading capacity is up to 50 m³/hour.

Receiving station DT

This receiving station is used for high-capacity unloading of bulk materials from semi-trailers with a walking floor as well as from trucks with a tilting loading area.

The station consists of:

a metal hopper with an auger field with four conveying augers at the bottom,
a metal box equipped with a roll-up door and a seal for the trailer opening.

The conveyor auger most often feeds into a chain conveyor. The unloading capacity is up to 300 m³/hour.

BWF Receiving Station

The BWF Receiving Station is designed to receive bulk materials from all facilities.

For example, from:

semi-trailers with sliding floor,
front loaders,
automatic cranes,
tipping deck trucks.

The station is composed of a metal tray with a hydraulically driven sliding floor. The sliding floor can open onto a four-screw conveyor box with a metal box or onto another type of conveying equipment. The tray floor is driven by a hydraulic power unit. The unloading capacity is 140 m³/hour.

Receiving station SVK

The station is designed for receiving dried water treatment sludge from transport containers with a volume of 20 m³/hour.

It consists of:

a fixed rack for storing the container,
a hinged frame on which a sealed metal box is fixed with an entrance door and an extraction system,
an outfeed screw conveyor.

Anti-explosion membranes are placed on the roof of the metal box. The lifting frame is driven by a hydraulic power pack. The unloading capacity is 12 m³/hour.
